What counts as a dental emergency?
If you're in pain or something doesn't feel right, that's enough reason to call us. Common emergencies include severe toothache, a broken or knocked-out tooth, a lost filling or crown, swelling, and signs of infection or abscess. Don't wait — dental problems rarely get better on their own.
Can I be seen today?
We do our best to see emergency patients on the same day. Availability depends on the day, so the sooner you call, the better. Ring us on 07473 536 056 or send a WhatsApp and we'll tell you what we can offer straight away.
How much does an emergency appointment cost?
Costs vary depending on what treatment is needed. We'll always explain the fees clearly before carrying out any work, so there are no surprises. Members of our private care plan also benefit from access to emergency appointments as part of their membership.
What is the private care plan?
Our care plan starts from just £15.60 a month (51p a day) and includes two dental examinations per year, hygiene visits, 10% off routine treatments, and access to emergency appointments. It also includes a Global Accident & Emergency Scheme. Visit globaldentalscheme.co.uk for full scheme details.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday and Wednesday 9:00–19:15, Tuesday and Thursday 9:00–17:30, and Friday 9:00–15:00. We also open on a Saturday once a month — get in touch to find out the next available date.
What if I'm very anxious about dental treatment?
We completely understand — dental anxiety is very common. Our team is experienced in helping nervous patients feel at ease. We'll explain everything before we do it, work at your pace, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout. Just let us know when you call.

We're at 20 Bridgemere Close, Liverpool L7 0LS. You can find us on Google Maps. There's parking nearby and we're well connected by public transport.
I've knocked out a tooth — what should I do?
Call us immediately. In the meantime, if you can, gently rinse the tooth without scrubbing it and keep it moist — either in milk or held carefully between your cheek and gum. Don't let it dry out. Speed matters with a knocked-out tooth, so don't delay.
